Moments That Keep Us Whole
Adulthood has its weights.
Life turns into a constant hustle,
moving from one task to the next.
Somewhere in that blur
we forget the joy that asks for nothing.
For me,
joy is playing with my dog,
or dancing freely when no one’s watching.
There’s something freeing about
letting go of the masks,
moving without rhythm.
These small moments bring me back.
They remind me that joy isn’t something to earn.
It’s something to embody.
If life is a series of obligations,
these are the pockets of freedom
that keep us grounded, alive,
and connected to what truly matters.
What brings you back to yourself?
Make time for it.
Because in a world that keeps us moving,
it’s those moments that keep us whole.
Thank you for reading.
With love & light,
